This document will instruct the user how to use the Contract Fulfillment snapshot in NPAWorks. This feature is useful for a quick glance of how many hours has been completed or is needed for a client’s contract. The Contract Fulfillment snapshot can be accessed per appointment on either the client or staff calendar.

 

  1. Beginning on the main screen of your NPAWorks database,
    1. Click on “Client” located on the left hand side of the window.
    2. Select the name of the client’s calendar you wish to edit.
    3. To open the selected client’s calendar, click the calendar with the red pin located on the top toolbar.

  1. With the client’s calendar window open,
    1. Click on the appointment you wish to view the Contract Fulfillment snapshot for.
    2. Note, this will display the information for the selected appointment only. Simply click on another scheduled appointment if the client is authorized for more than one service.

  1. The Contract Fulfillment snapshot will be displayed on the right side of the schedule. It will display the following:
    1. Service – This is the name of the service display code
    2. Date – The date range displayed is based on authorization frequency.
    3. Appt Duration – This is the duration or length of the appointment.
    4. Appt Service Time – Here you can see the amount of service time of the appointment.
    5. Auth Frequency – The frequency of the selected service appointment is shown here.
    6. Auth Hrs – This is the authorized hours of the service selected.
    7. Projected Hrs – If projected hours are entered for the selected service within the client record then it will be displayed here.
    8. Scheduled S/T Hrs – This will show the amount of scheduled service time for the date range displayed.
    9. Rendered S/T Hrs – This will show the rendered hours of service time for the date range displayed.
    10. Remaining Auth Hrs –The remaining authorized hours are calculated by the authorized hours minus the scheduled hours.
    11. Remaining Proj Hrs – If projected hours are being used, then the remaining projected hours are calculated by the projected hours minus the scheduled hours.

  1. Please keep the following in mind while using the Contract Fulfillment snapshot.
    1. The snapshot can also be viewed within the staff’s scheduled and will display the appointment information pertaining to the selected client appointment.
    2. The Contract Fulfillment snapshot will not be displayed for ATAP users.
