This how to document will show you how to integrate your staff from NPAWorks to Skills.
- To start, click once on “Staff” located on the left side bar of NPAWorks under your location/site name. The Staff List will appear on the main screen of NPAWorks.
- Next, highlight the staff member’s name you wish to integrate with Skills.
- To enter the staff member’s record, simply click the button or hit enter on your keyboard.
- The staff member’s record will appear. Confirm that the staff’s email address has been entered into NPAWorks. This is required for the integration to take place. Once completed, move on to the integration window by clicking the integration button . This button is located on the lower right hand side of the screen next to the OK and Cancel buttons.
- Once the integration window appears select Skills and click the OK button.
- Lastly, click OK on the staff record to save and return back to the home screen. This will complete the staff member’s NPAWorks with Skills integration.
