This document will show the user how to view or modify appointments to display “Direct” or “Indirect’ from the appointment level in NPAGo. Please note: viewing/editing the Direct/Indirect status is set per user role. To have access to this feature, please contact support@codemetro.com to update the account security settings.

  1. Login to NPAGo.
  2. The user’s schedule will be displayed. 
  3. The Update Appointment screen will appear.
    1. The window will default on the General tab.
    2. If the service has been defaulted to “Direct” or “Indirect,” the Direct/Indirect dropdown menu will be visible on this screen. 
    3. To change the status, tap on the drop down menu.
      1. Select a new Direct/Indirect status. 
    4. If the service has been defaulted to “Set at appointment,” the dropdown menu will also be displayed. Note: if an appointment does not have Direct or Indirect selected, it cannot be rendered. 
    5. If the service has been defaulted to “Do not show,” the Direct or Indirect dropdown will not be displayed.
  4. Tap “Save & Continue” or “Save & Close” on the upper right corner of the window to save changes.
