- Login to NPAGo.
- The user’s schedule will be displayed.
- The Update Appointment screen will appear.
- The window will default on the General tab.
- If the service has been defaulted to “Direct” or “Indirect,” the Direct/Indirect dropdown menu will be visible on this screen.
- To change the status, tap on the drop down menu.
- Select a new Direct/Indirect status.
- Select a new Direct/Indirect status.
- If the service has been defaulted to “Set at appointment,” the dropdown menu will also be displayed. Note: if an appointment does not have Direct or Indirect selected, it cannot be rendered.
- If the service has been defaulted to “Do not show,” the Direct or Indirect dropdown will not be displayed.
- Tap “Save & Continue” or “Save & Close” on the upper right corner of the window to save changes.
